The personal data that could be collected directly from the interested party will be treated confidentially and will be incorporated into the corresponding treatment activity owned by the Spanish Confederation of People with Physical and Organic Disabilities (COCEMFE), CIF G28681955 and registered office at C/ Eugenio Salazar, 2, Madrid 28002. Entity registered in the National Registry of Associations with number 815, and declared of Public Utility by the State on November 2, 1983.

Purpose

The purpose of data processing corresponds to each of the processing activities carried out by COCEMFE and which are accessible in the record of processing activities.

Legitimation

 The processing of your data is carried out for the fulfillment of legal obligations by COCEMFE, for the fulfillment of missions carried out in the public interest or in the achievement of COCEMFE’s corporate purpose, as well as when the purpose of the treatment requires your consent, which must be be provided through clear affirmative action.

In general, personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except legal obligation, among which may be communications to the Ombudsman, Judges and Courts, interested in the procedures related to the claims presented.
